Diane has successfully represented major corporations in countless mass tort, products liability, and complex commercial disputes in state and federal litigations and trials across the country.  Diane has also served as national coordinating counsel for Fortune 500 companies in cases involving prescription and over-the-counter medication, medical devices and asbestos, and has selected and supervised local counsel in virtually every jurisdiction in the United States.

Diane received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1992 and a B.A. in finance from Michigan State University in 1987.  Diane is admitted to the Bars of New York and New Jersey.
