Jim, a nationally renowned trial lawyer, has acted as lead trial counsel in complex cases in federal and state courts across the country. Jim is accomplished in all aspects of trial practice and regularly handles litigations involving professional liability, business disputes, products liability, insurance coverage, real estate, and employment matters. Jim is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and in the New York edition of SuperLawyers. He was also honored by VerdictSearch for achieving one of the top ten defense verdicts of 2006.

Jim received a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1983 and a B.A. in economics from East Stroudsburg University in 1980, graduating first in his class. Jim is admitted to the Bars of New York and New Jersey. He is on the faculty of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
