Ian focuses on complex commercial and products liability litigation. Prior to joining Lynch Daskal Emery, Ian clerked for the Hon. Carol E. Higbee, one of three judges managing New Jersey’s extensive mass torts docket and the presiding judge of the Atlantic County Superior Court Civil Division. He graduated with a B.A. from Cornell University in 2006 and received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2010, where he was a Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. Ian is admitted to the Bars of New York and New Jersey.
