Scott is a trial lawyer who handles business litigation and insurance coverage, employment, mass torts, and products liability matters. Scott received a B.A., cum laude, from Boston College in 1997 and a J.D. in 2000 from the Duquesne University School of Law, where he was the Associate Comment Editor for the Duquesne Law Review. Scott is admitted to the Bars of New York and New Jersey.
