Vaccination Injuries

Vaccines can prevent disease in the people who receive them. Unfortunately, they can sometimes cause severe injuries, including anaphylaxis, anaphylactic shock, or serious illness. In 1988, the federal government established the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Fund to compensate those who have suffered certain injuries from vaccinations. To qualify for compensation, claims must be filed in accordance with specific regulations and within certain time limits with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

If you or someone you know suffered an injury after receiving any of the following vaccinations, call us toll-free at (800) 585-1190 to discuss whether you might be eligible to make a claim for compensation from this federally-established fund:

Attorneys fees in cases settled through the fund are paid for by the fund, not out of any portion of the client’s recovery.
